Are the 300 W. State Street apartments fully furnished?
Yes! The 300 W. State Street apartments are fully furnished with the absolute best furniture and finishes. The living room includes a full size couch, end table, reading table and 55 inch mounted flat screen TV. The kitchen includes a moveable dining bar with barstools. Bedrooms include a mattress, boxspring, study desk with chair and built-in storage.
Is 300 W. State Street safe and secure?
300 W. State Street has a state-of-the-art security system. Our entrances are guarded by electronic key card access and 24-hour security cameras are located throughout the lobby and common area hallways.
How do I apply for a lease?
You can simply call or text us at 765-505-4000 or email us at email@example.com or stop in the office and let us know. We simply send you an email link to fill out the application! It’s free! We never charge application fees.
Can I sign a lease without coming into the office?
Of course! All of our leases are done electronically. Once we receive your online application, we send you an email link to the lease to sign. You’re always more than welcome to stop by the office still to sign, and we will happily walk through the lease with you.
Can I pay my rent online?
We offer online payment options for debit, credit, and e-checks for your convenience!
Is parking included at 300 W. State Street?
One parking space per apartment is included at Chauncey Square Parking Garage, which is less than a block away! Additional spots can be rented from Chauncey Square. With a Target Store on the ground level of your apartment building is there really any need to drive?
What utilities are included at 300 W. State Street?
We cover water, sewage, trash, and ultra-high speed Metronet INTERNET! We will be offering high-speed internet through Metronet. You are only responsible for electric and additional add-ons, such as cable.
